Chassis and frames

Steel chassis and frames, laser-cut and welded

The typical product of our recurring clients: an HSS or tube frame, produced in lots of 20, 100 or 500. Here is how we build it.

Finished steel skid, ready for the equipment

What we build

Equipment chassis

Machine bases, motor mounts, conveyor frames, guards. Square and rectangular HSS up to 4 × 4.

Furniture and display frames

Table structures, serial shelving, display frames. Round or square tube, powder-coated finish.

Trailer and transport frames

Crossmembers, side rails, axle mounts, ramps. C-channel, seat channel, angle iron.

Temporary structures

Event frames, trusses, feet and ballasted bases. Identical parts from one season to the next.

Why tube laser changes the cost of a frame

A conventional frame means sawing tubes, drilling, grinding notches, then positioning everything in a jig before welding.

On a six-axis laser, notches, holes and coped joints are made at the cut. The tubes fit together. The welder assembles without a complex jig and without rework.

Result: fewer welding hours per frame, consistent angles, and identical lots six months later.

  • Coped joints and notches in one pass, on round, square and rectangular tube.
  • Mounting holes positioned by laser, no secondary drilling.
  • Etched marks for part orientation at assembly.
  • MIG welding for the structure, TIG for visible joints.
  • Coordinated powder coating or galvanizing, delivered as finished frames.

How to start

  1. 01

    Send the frame

3D file, drawing, or photos of an existing frame with its main dimensions.

  2. 02

    DFM review

We propose the coped joints, notches and welding sequence that cut the hours.

  3. 03

    Measured prototype

A first frame, checked on the critical dimensions, adjusted with you.

  4. 04

    Repeatable lots

Same program, same fixture, same inspection on every lot. Deliveries on your schedule.
