Production runs
Serial production of metal parts in Quebec
Up to 10,000 parts a week on a six-axis tube laser. Here is how we keep consistency, schedule and traceability from one lot to the next.

Can you keep up?
| Cutting capacity | Up to 10,000 parts per week |
|---|---|
| Tube length | Up to 24 ft, 4 in opening |
| Thickness | Up to 1/2 in |
| Materials | Steel, stainless, aluminum, brass, copper |
| Welding and assembly | MIG and TIG in-house |
| Finishing | Powder coating, paint, galvanizing with coordinated partners |
| Delivery | Quebec, Canada, United States |
The cut is programmed once, from the approved drawing. Every following lot reuses the same program and the same fixture. That is what guarantees consistency.
The same part, from the first to the thousandth
- First part of each lot measured and compared to the drawing before the run starts.
- Dimensional sampling during the lot, at a frequency written in the quote.
- Verified measuring instruments, critical dimensions identified on the drawing with you.
- Inspection report per lot, on request, with the measured dimensions.
- Any out-of-tolerance part pulled from the lot and remade at our cost.
Lot management, storage and staggered deliveries
A recurring order does not need to arrive all at once. We can produce a yearly quantity in lots and deliver on your schedule.
Example: 1,200 chassis a year, produced in three lots of 400, delivered 100 a month. You pay on delivery, not on production.
Waiting parts are stored with us, labelled by lot and order number. You always know what is left.
Volume agreement
Price fixed for a yearly quantity, delivery schedule agreed in advance, review on a set date.
Traceability
Every pallet carries the order number, lot number, quantity and date. Material certificates available on request.
Changes mid-series
A drawing change goes through a numbered revision and a new prototype. No verbal changes.
From what quantity?
Small runs and one-off parts are accepted from $100. Recurring production above 500 parts a month qualifies for a volume agreement.
In between, send your files. The quote lists the unit price per quantity bracket, so you can decide.
