Temporary structures, staging and events
Frames, trusses, feet, ballasted bases. Montréal is a hub for festivals, circus and production. The market is seasonal, but highly repetitive.

What we produce for you
- Modular frames in square tube, laser-coped joints for fast assembly.
- Light trusses and beams in round tube, welded on a fixture.
- Feet, ballasted bases and anchor plates in thick sheet.
- Fasteners, gussets and connectors in series, identical from lot to lot.
A temporary structure is assembled and taken down dozens of times. Interchangeable parts, cut from the same program, avoid adjustments in the field.
Common materials, finishes and quantities
| Materials | Square and round steel tube; aluminum for hand-carried parts |
|---|---|
| Finishes | Powder coating, galvanizing |
| Typical quantities | Lots of 50 to 500 parts before the season |
What you send us to start
- A 3D file (STEP), a 2D drawing (DXF, DWG, PDF), or dimensioned photos of an existing part.
- The desired material and finish, or the intended use if you prefer we propose them.
- The quantity per lot and the frequency: once, every month, every season.
- The dimensions that must mate with something else. We treat them as critical.
